(Write a note and describe the issues or problems with your camera. Ship only the camera, do not include any other accessories. Add tracking when you ship it so that you may track the delivery. Send us the tracking # after shipment made. It is recommended that you write down the serial numbers of your camera).
- Repair service will take 3-5 business days(if we run out of certain parts, it may take a little longer time for us to order it. Will let you know if there is any delay).
